We are driving our Washington plated car out of Mexico into the US in a few weeks.  Where can we get US insurance online or here?  Thanks in advance.

Several friends who are very confused about how to nationalize their cars have asked me to post this.  What is the legal way to do this?  Do you have to go to the border and if so, does it have to be the border you entered  thru?  Since all the trouble with Tio Corp, is it legal to nationalize with a facilitator?  Thank you in advance.

Yesterday, Easter sunday, 13 of us had reservations at Roberto's.  We had requested a table in the bar area and it was confirmed twice by Omar.  When we arrived, the whole area was full and no table for us.  I asked if Roberto was there and was told yes so asked to speak with him.  We never saw him and I doubt he was there.  Finally, they put us in a different section at a table reserved for another party.  Two of their specials on the Easter menu where mango margaritas and chili poblano soup.  They were out of both.  I should say our reservation was for 3 p.m.  We kept asking for them to take our order and finally they did.  We received our meals one at a time starting at 5.  One got his order after we had all finished out dessert at 5:45.  I wonder if Roberto has anything to do with the restaurant or not.  None of us will ever go back.  Also, the portions were very small with no gravy on the mashed potatoes and bones in my friend's turkey.

Last night my cats were very curious about something outside our screen door.  I went to the door and it was a white Scottish Fold cat.  It was not afraid of me at all but when I went out, he or she ran.  I sent an email to all of our residents and it has been hanging around people's doors crying for the last 3 nights.  I know this type of cat is rare.  Is anyone missing their cat.  I hope someone didn't dump it like several I have rescued here.  I will try to catch it and take it to the shelter.

A friend of mine has asked me to help find a used hearing aid for a 16-year-old Mexican boy who has broken his hearing aid.  He has taught himself to read and write a little bit and has gotten a job as an apprentice at a store in Ajijic, but is falling behind because of his hearing.  He is deaf in one ear but has a little hearing in the other.  If anyone has or knows of someone who has a used aid, please let me know.  He is very eager to learn and to work.  Thank you.
