We have run into a new "complication" that I'd like to make everyone aware of. As of Jan 11 2025 the Jalisco online payment site is functioning. We thought we could pay for our license with the receipt produced by this site. Well, yes we have paid, but no we don't have the proper receipt. After passing through all of paper checks, eye scan, and signature capture we were told that the receipt provided was not valid and they could not finish the process until we had the correct receipt.
We were told that we had to submit the folio number on Multipagos receipt produced by the system to another Jalisco government system which would then produce the required receipt; and BTW it would take some unknown number of days before the second system would recognize the folio number produced by the first system. We should just try every day until it works.
Here is how we were told to "process" the first receipt/
Go to https://gobiernoenlinea1.jalisco.gob.mx/multipagos/Reimprime for "Servicio:" select SETRAN for "Referencia: enter the "Folio: number" from the first receipt.
At this point we can't report success or how long it takes....Best of Luck
