LaChula Posted August 31, 2014 Report Share Posted August 31, 2014 I tried LCS and then went to Costco. The "new" one on Lopez Mateos. They are very helpful, and sweet. They are trained audiologists. Yo1 Posted August 31, 2014 Report Share Posted August 31, 2014 When Ana was at the Costco on Lopez Mateos, the service was excellent as she knew what she was doing and was an audiologist. She left there for another position and the folks that have been staffing that Costco seem to know nothing except how to run the computer to test your hearing. But they don't seem to be able to interpret your hearing test or adjust new or current hearing aids very well. I'm waiting for that Costco to hire someone new.
