Due to high sun exposure growing up on a tropical island I am now suffering from this skin condition that manifests in easy bruising and dark spots mainly on the lower arms. I have read that a supplement called Rutin could help but cannot find it here lakeside. I have been using Arnica creme that helps a little after the fact. Maybe there is some magic indigenous potion that is sold at some of the little stands for example at the Chapala Plaza. I have no idea what to ask for...just grasping at straws! It seems that in some info I found it hardens blood vessels so they don't break as easily and cause bruising. Vitamin C will do this for you very well and is much easier to obtain.
