dichosalocura
Does anybody know what time the Passion Play starts tomorrow in Chapala. And if so, how does it generally go? Starting at the Parroquia Main church and ending at the Santuario on top the mountain overlooking Chapala? And also, how would one compare it to the Ajijic Passion Play, we went to the one in Ajijic last year. Thanks to all that respond.

Shelley Ronnfeldt
According to the GDL Reporter, things start at 9am in front of the church. I have no idea how this compares to Ajijic. The paper refers to it as Via Crucis Vivente.
bmh
You can see the stations of the cross in every Catolic church and those are used on good Friday, Some churches also have people re enacting the scenes and some have full blown plays. It is all about the same story and we all know the ending to the story,, Ajijic is famous for its play but you can follow the same story in any church , as I said some are processions with pictures some are with live people.
