Does anyone know where I can buy a rice cooker? I don't need anything high tech and would like to get one second hand if possible

Try the store about 3 or 4 doors East of Bancomer on the Ajijic Plaza. We call it the dollar store because it has all kinds of inexpensive items and there is a whole section of small appliances. I have seen rice cookers there.
