I will be moving away from the Lakeside area in about 3 weeks and have about 100 pounds of good chocolate left. Chances are that I will not eat it all before I go.
Most of it (if not all) has 2014 as date of expiry and I will not make any profit on it.... just need to get rid of it.
You can easily keep it for a long time (you can also easily eat it right away).

The chocolate chunks (dark/white or milk) are between 27 and 80 pesos/a pound. The dark chocolate has 71 % of cacao in it.
I have also 100 % pure dark cacao powder (Callebaut), pure almond powder, Toblerones,...

The small chocolate bars (1.6 oz each) are only 12 pesos instead of 20 pesos a bar (mainly dark sugar free with or without almonds or raspberries.... a real bargain).

Just let me know when you would like to stop by (a little more than 2 blocks from the Chapala American Legion on Guerrero). These special and low prices if picked up at my house.
E-mail me : elbelgicano@yahoo.com

No, he does NOT have permission to move. WHAT will I do without sugar free dark chocolate? I'll balloon up into a whale again.

SHRIEK!!!

:) Maybe this place is too cold to him, and he prefers to move to Puebla...near the volcano....

Think twice, Rony, the chocolate melts faster closer to the fire..... :) :)

....just joking...

There is nothing better than warm liquid chocolate, ready to be poured in the molds...... I let some customers try this morning and they loved it.

Real chocoholics are free to follow me..... on unknown, off the beaten track journeys, living the chocolate adventure.

Yes, the warm chocolate was delicious! Thank you for the samples and the items we purchased. Enjoy the trip with Miss Virginia...she is a very cute pup!

ValGal -- Kateri, one of the partners at El Piano Rojo, has the chocolate and wine shop on 16 de Septiembre which is connected to EPR. Rony mentioned yesterday that she had said to him that if he moves to Aquascalientes that she would probably make a run up there every so often and stock up for her shop -- so not all is lost. And I will speak to Kateri this weekend and offer to accompany her on some of those trips because I understand that city is wonderful and only drove through outskirts on my trek down here from California 3 years ago.

Yes,... all of the dark chocolate gone. I think that in just 3 days, I got rid of half of the 100 pounds.

Still have lots of the dark sugar free chocolate (12 pesos for an 1.8 oz. bar with or without nuts) , 2 pounds of white (80 pesos a pound for little white chunks) chocolate

and milk chocolate bars with nuts and raspberries (12 pesos for a 2 oz bar) left.

guess dark chocolate is the most popular. maybe i will try the white, or buy something else for a gift. no surprise that its going fast.

Kateri's shop has always been on 16 de Septiembre (around the corner from El Piano Rojo with a door opening into the cabaret). The Constitution chocolate shop is owned by somebody else.

Kateri and I will make runs to Aquascalientes on a regular basis to keep Rony's fantastic authentic European chocolates in stock.

Minor correction: I think you meant that post for the chocolate freak, TheValerieLeigh. I am ValGal, a member of CA (chocoholics anonymous). Chocolate can not live in my house and can only be consumed on special occasions, in small quantities and in public. I admire you all for your restraint and enthusiasm.
