Telmex Modem Question

Last couple of days the modem is taking forever to come on, the computer boots up but the other day it took like 10 minutes to get hooked up to the internet with all the lights on the modem, today it took more than 15 minutes, does this all mean that my modem is about to go out or is there something I need to do to it.

There is an Telmex 800 number that you can call & ask for English.  They will guide you thru checking your modem.

If it is faulty, they will give you permission (a control number) to return.
