Hernan Santiago Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 Any chance of updating our emoticons and eliminating some of the negative ones and adding more positive ones? I think the use of more emoticons on this board would help others understand the intent of the poster, which is always difficult in written form. It might cut down on some of the personal attacks that some folks make when they have misunderstood the intent of the poster. I have tried several times to post a smiley face, but unlike the negative emoticons, I have to pull down a screen and search to the very bottom of that page to find a positive one. Just my thoughts. What do the rest of you think?

Not to mention the moderator provided two examples not using the emoticons. That's a real thread killer alrighty. So what are we talking about here? Enlisting the systems engineers who designed the package to go in and reconfigure the emoticons and add a better selection to make it more to the OP's liking? That can't be it. And the point is?

Moderators cannot add to the emoticons, the board administrator can so if you have some you'd like to see added, I think you need to PM him and send him the urls for them and maybe he'll add them for you.
