Well here I go again. I agreed to post this for my friend. Of course I'm happy to do so for this poor little puppy. She was being openly mistreated by a boy on the malecon, and My friend's friend managed to convince the kid to hand over the puppy. The person who saved her, however, is moving into a nursing home in a couple weeks. The puppy needs a lovin' someone who can also provide her the kind of exercise she needs. Let's hope she finds what she needs.
