Rescued med size black and silver poodle/terrier male Dog from a shed

Hi,I was just able to talk an old man into releasing a dog he had locked up in a small shed in the back corner of the big lot. He had been crying and whining and distressed for the last several days. He says he rescues dogs so they don't get hit, but he then hides them away. I have been ill and these dog's distress greatly saddens me. I try to intervene when I can.

This is a male dog and is a black and silver poodle/terrier mix of medium size. Dirty but appears healthy and is friendly. He is unhappily sitting in my front yard , wanting his owner.

We have a dog and 2 cats and cannot take another right now. I'm not sure where to take him, but won't be able to keep him here. Lucky's isn't answering. I am trying to upload some pics. But in the mean time, if you send a PM I can email pics. or call 766-3242

Luucky Dog has a phone but if we are in the yard it is hard to hear it. I am not sure if we have room right now.

Lucky Dog has had 5 adoptions in the past two weeks and just might have room. Worth a trip out there to see.
