Yes Chapala Geek. I found one ground wire that lead to the water line. The trouble was that at that point the pipe was plastic. I now use three interconnected 2 meter metal poles buried underground in an area that is regularly watered

I have a sanyo 32" in my bathroom. Purchased about 3 years or so ago in SA tx at Walmart. At the time it was really cheap so I dared the border.
Made in Mexico and has a great 720 picture. So Sanyo makes some tv's in Mexico.

Last week we bought a 40", LCD High Def. TV at Sam's Club for $350 USD. Didn't go in there planning to buy a flat screen but couldn't pass it up at that price! Good luck! Valerie :)

Excellent price. Unusual for CostCo. WalMart here at Lakeside has the best prices, but usually only on one one model every week or two... comparison shopping is the only way to know for sure.

I wonder why you all buy LCDs instead of LEDs. I know, they are cheaper, but aren't they using more electricity than LED. Is there any other advantage?

Good question, but when I bought my LCD in 2008 the LEDs were not available. But I sure would get one today if I needed another large TV.

LEDs, especially in Mexico, are still too high-priced. Right now, good plasmas are the best deal.
