The laundromat at Domino's Pizza near Walmart has moved / closed.
Any body know where they went to, or know of another laudromat in Ajijic.
Want a laundry, not dry cleaning.
Thanks

I just looked in the 2012 Chapala Directory. There were about 12 listed. If you don't have a copy of that phonebook, go to www.chapaladirectory.com

They arn't as conveniently located as before but I've used their services for 8 years and they are worth the drive. My shirts have never been better ironed.

they moved about 2 months ago. landlord raised rent very high. now that space is empty, & only a chain place can afford it. PETE: i bought the new directory for the sole purpose of finding another laundry. guess what? besides laundries, most of the telephone #s are disconnected & not updated. my 2010 book was just as bad. theres a laundry near super lake, off the highway on a side street. thats the closest to the old "la mar" near dominos.

There is an excellent laundry in Chapala on the corner of Lopez Cotilla and Zaragosa. It is large and has been there forever. They charge by weight. Service is excellent and I think ironing and folding may be extra. We only use them for large items, like beadspreads or drapes, so don't really know.
