[La Barrita de Ocampo]

The restaurant has been open for one week today! Thank you to everybody who has supported us, and we look forward to any feedback good or bad to help us make this a successful venture. Watch this space for news on exciting new specials!

On the South West corner of Ocampo and Colon in Ajijic

It used to be The Two Spoons, and is number 2 Ocampo...The menu is as follows:

Appetizers.

Sal Picon, shredded beef - 45 pesos
Mushroom in garlic sauce - 40 pesos
Quesadillas with chicken or veg - 45 pesos
French onion soup - 45 pesos

Green mixed salad - 35 pesos
Add chicken or shrimp for 30 pesos extra

Octopus and mushroom salad - 65 pesos

Sandwiches.

Chicken Tandori - 70 pesos
Tuna salad - 50 pesos

Main course

Shrimp curry spaghetti - 90 pesos
Fillet cemita - 110 pesos
NY Steak, grilled with mashed potato and veg - 130 pesos
grilled tuna fillet with rice and veg - 130 pesos
Lemon garlic shrimp with rice and veg - 130 pesos

Stuffed potato with chicken or arrachera - 70 pesos

Dessert.

Flamed bananna - 40 pesos
ice cream - 40 pesos

As of now, we are open Tuesday to Saturday, Kitchen opens at 12noon, untill 10pm. Closed on mondays but planning to open on Sundays within the next couple of weeks. We also cater for parties. I hope I have provided enough information for now, and plan to update this thread with news on Specials and entertainment.
