My experience has been that the treatment at LCS can be more expensive than going to a local clinic

It no longer serves a purpose for LCS to be in the medical service business. When there were literally only two medical options locally it was one thing but now with myriad options available locally LCS should develop new reasons for being.

Two retired dermatologists do the screening at LCS, free. If something needs removal, then they refer you out to a clinic.
