I most recently left on Inmigrado status end of May. As in the past there is a form to fill out - go to Immigration office first to be sure you get the correct form. The right side should be completed and the left completed when you return to be collected upon arrival in Guad. Worst confusion is the flight attendants who upon return cannot understand that you do not need a new form and only turn in the remaining part when your return flight information, etc.

Plus, I have a Global Entry card for entering the U.S. and don't need to fill out an entry card any longer for that either (the one that is collected after baggage claim). Flight attendants don't understand that one either - and were quite rude about it. Next time I'll just take the **** form and pitch it!

Very interresting, The Immigration people told me I did not need to fill out a form. When I came back there was not form to fill out either and no one at the immigration asked for anything.

I recently left Guad to the United States. I flew United Air Lines. I was instructed at the United counter to go to Immigration and fill documents. I was not required, however, to return to the counter to hand in the filled documents and pick up the boarding pass as I had done in the past, but rather, I turned in the document to the United Airlines personnel just prior to boarding the flight.

I can attest that it is very important to do this. I had many complications renewing my FM-2 several years ago as I left Mexico walking across the border in Tiajuana without turning in any documents. These would have supported the dates of being out of the country as I had noted in my FM-2 renewal.

We live in an interesting country, where the law or rule could be interpreted differently by different state and official.
Just in case, I'll take Ellie advise, thanks so much for everyone reply.
