The last flight I was on, in the seat beside me was a lady that here "breasts starting moving" !
what a shock, when a dog's head appeared !

From what I understand about this memo, it means, now, that pets are allowed in the cabin. Am I correct?

From what I understand about this memo, it means, now, that pets are allowed in the cabin. Am I correct?

That's the way I read the memo...implemented June 1st and rescinded July 1st. Now what about the other airlines plus an official interpretation on what the rule really is from the Mexican aviation authorities? Are they applying it domestically again and not internationally?

Just flew into Guad from Phoenix via US Airways on Saturday. Sure enough, after we were in our seats another passenger came aboard, walked down the aisle with her little dog trailing behind. No carrier required.

WHAT? If no carrier was required,that was a service dog.

Not so for people with strong allergies to cats and dogs.
