Have searched and searched for the auto mechanic recommended in Chapala near the Pemex station, and cannot find. Would you be so kind to re-direct me to the taller, with location ?

Seem's to me the guy is right behind the gas station's mini market on the coble stone road on the left almost in front of a car wash.

Alan's Custom Auto Repair, those directions don't make sense to me! The mechanic's name is Ron. I believe he's from Canada, and he's had his shop here for years. He is on the opposite side of the highway from Soriana's. There is no sign in front, but there is a cyber cafe a couple of doors down from him. When his garage door is open, if you walk in and peer around, it will be obvious that it is a mechanic's garage and Ron is easy to find. Ron's good. Good luck!

Well, he said next to the pemex station, and there is one right behind where I directed him.
There are actually about 5 garages or more around the perimeter. my mistake must have been that I didin't ask. sorry.

I see from your address you are in Riberas del Pilar. I have a headlight out on my Subaru Outback. Is that something you can do at your shop, or is there someplace locally you can direct me?
