I may need to get a letter to the U.S. quickly, and it has to have the U.S. postmark on it, for no later than July 15. Suggestions please.

HandyMail has mail going out on Mondays at a cost of 10 pesos. If you can find a HandyMail member, it could be at the border and in the US mail, in a couple of days.

For HandyMail I don't think you need to be a member to send a letter with them for 10 pesos. I just need to know which method or business, is the fastest.

mailboxes has a "pick up" every day (between 10am-1pm any time between, M-F). for 30pesos, they fly mail to texas that night. next day it goes to u.s. postal. then its the average interstate time. in general, (as i remember from state to state its between 2-4 days. & remember saturday IS a business day in u.s.postal).
