Has the location for the pots moved elsewhere since the dimise of the doggie store? If they also went under, is there a location for 'quality' pots in the area ?
Thank you
R

I know the owner. I'll find out and post the information here.

I went to the Tienda de Artesania cooperative in Chapala and had one made. They have some in their showroom (along with a lot of other great stuff), but I wanted something very big and specific. What they made me is great, exactly what I wanted, and the price was super reasonable. Only took them a week.

They're on the Chapala/GDL highway, just outside of Chapala. If you were driving from Ajijic or points further west, take the libramiento to the highway, get on it heading TOWARD Chapala, and it's just about the second or so building on your right. One story building, lots of parking in front.

Thanks for the tip. I did not realize they were still open. Always liked their pots.

On the same way into Chapala take the first right that bears off towards the Chapala market. Then Second right street. Half block down on the right. Young man has his own kiln there uses better clay, and will also make things to order.
