Thanks, MtnMama. Never knew it was so easy. So is Schmitty's Greek yogurt full of fat? If so, I will try your method.If you prefer low fat Greek Yogurt, make your own. Get a carton of plain Alpura Yogurt. Put two coffee filters in a large sieve. Put the sieve over a bowl and dump in the yogurt. Leave in refrigerator over night. Enjoy.

Deena at the Farmers' market on Tuesdays has lowfat Greek yogurt.

So today I looked at it - no expiration date on any of the containers. And - if it doesn't have an upcoming expiration date, I won't purchase it at Superlake as they carry too many products with past expiration dates. Hopefully expiration dates are carried at other venues as I really would like to try it.All natural, sugar and preservative free at Superlake in cooler above the eggs. Schmitty's. Very good.
