Has anyone who can get their bill online seen the current one? I live in San Antonio and yesterday I received my bill at the house (just about a 1st time experience) but when I go online to see it the previous bill is all that shows up.

Muchas gracias.

I got mine a couple of days ago online and received the paper bill under the gate in Villa Nova that afternoon.

For about one or two years I have always gotten my bill online a day or three before it was delivered.

When you go on line to your account does it really show the old bill, the one that you paid 2 months ago? If so that's wierd and it sounds like someone failed to fill out the data at CFE. Good luck

I just got mine online today. Unfortunately we hit the higher rate because of extra cooling appliances. Not a happy bill to see.

Malaya. Where you using refrigeration type A/C rather than evaporative cooling? unless the humidity is above average for lakeside evaporative cooling works just fine and uses maybe 1/4 of the power for the same cooling as the refrigeration type A/C. I have a whole house evaporative cooler that uses 350 to 380 watts of electricity per hour while a typical one room, not whole house refrigeration type A/C uses maybe 1000 to 1200 watts per hour.

I pay mine online and it was higher this time I think because the refrigerator and freezer are cycling more often to stay at the correct temperature. The next bill should be lower when it's cooler. I use a portable water cooler but it and fans also raised the bill some.

My online bill was a mess, graphically speaking. And while I'm out of town, I haven't received a paper bill, so no one can take it to the Oxxo for me... they are going to have to make the unnecessary trip to the CFE in Chapala. Time they put the barcodes on the online bill, and checked to make sure it displays properly.

You can also pay your electric bill directly online now on the CFE site. They have been saying "coming soon" on this for a while, but now it is enabled. I paid mine online this month since I didn't receive the bill in the mail. Need a Mexican debit or credit card of course.
