Looking for polyurethane. All we've found locally is marine varnish (at Prisa and Jara)....it doesn't work as well as polyuerthane.

Anyone seen polyurethane here??

You might want to try the hardware store as you enter Chapala coming from Ajijic. It used to be called ACE. I had some time the other day and spent about an hour looking around. Minus quite a few pesos later, I was amazed at what they really have in this store.

Go to Jara's beside Telmex. Speaks English Ace has very little selection

Already went to Jara....didn't have polyeurathane, only marine varnish.

Store by Oxxo is Prisa...already been there; they don't have it.

Try the lumber yard across from Soriana's. They carry all kinds of finishes. Would be very surprised if they didn't have it.
