My esposo went yesterday, got takeout "wraps" and he declared them just delicious. He said the variety of offerings looks wonderful.
A great new addition to the food scene.

We went for the first time today and I had the "Buffalo Chicken" wrap. Very tasty! (And I don't even like "wraps", generally.) Enjoyed the chamote chips as well, which I also tend not to care for much. And the "Black Mojito" smoothy was delicious, too. (Blackberry, strawberry and mint.) Nice and breezy and cool(ish) in front under the palapa, also. They're doing some nice things there...
But I gotta ask: What the hell is a "Tofu Waffle"??? That just sounds horrifying.

Last night my wife and I had a very enjoyable and inexpensive meal at Baya Bistro. I had the Buffalo Chicken wrap. it was ample in size, delicious and filling. My wife had the Texas Burger and it was, in her description, exceptional. We tasted each other's entree and we each agreed that both were excellent. Her side of plantain chips was interesting and tasty. Our Zinfandel wine was of quality and good value. Both Adrian, our waiter, and Bert, the owner, were gracious, pleasant and openly concerned that what they are serving and how they are performing is worthy of a return visit. We'll definitely go back as they deserve a "following".

I just had lunch there today with 2 friends. We all had the pork satay appetizers. One had the wrap; the other had nasi goreng with pork and I had shrimp scampi served with fried rice. I asked the chef if they were going to have bami goreng and he said when he can find the noodles, he will have it. The food was delicious and the service was also very good. It's a nice place, clean, well-decorated; the owner is friendly. They have parking in the back which is also a plus. As you can see, some of the food is Indonesian. This is a restaurant definitely worth supporting and we will go again.
