Sunday, May 27, Country Stampede at La Bodega from 3 to 6pm. Lots of great Country Music old and new from our three Texans; Ron Baker, Jerry Mayfield and Jay Shuffle. Lots of Line Dancing too! Check out Bodega's Specials!


Monday, May 28 no Kit n Kaboodle Karaoke til further notice at La Bodega. Do come and check out thefree Country Line Dancing lessons at La Bodega Monday afternoons starting at 3:30pm. Bil and Joann are working on a new one to the tune of 'Good Time' by Alan Jackson.


No Jam Band at El Bar Co Monday nights until July. You can now catch Noe, his father Roy, Sergio and Chelo rocking the night away on Monday nights. Check it out!


NEW THIS WEEK!!!!!! Come out and check out Open Mic and Jam at La Bodega on Thursday. May 31 from 3:30 to 6:30pm. Jerry Mayfield is leading the sessions to start and invites you to come and sing along with him or come and bring your own tracks and sing, or come with what ever instrument you play and join in. Any kind of Music. This is not Karaoke. It is going to be a whole lot of fun. No cover, no minimum.


Karaoke continues at Johnny's Mama's Bar in San Antonio Fridays lead by Stan and Yvonne starting at 4:00pm. Great selections, a lot of fun for anyone who loves to sing.


Keep checking web sites and ads and emails for what is going on in the community. There are a lot of choices for many different kinds of Music, food and good times. For me Music and Dancing and Theater is Life....I for one choose Life....how about you???


Next week I am off to be Mom and Grandma for a bit. I will be dancing with the Grandkids til I return. Keep on Dancing People!

and of COURSE there is live music every night at Numberfour...This week we have Noe and his daddy Roy on Sax...they are really great for dining and dancing..Thursday through Saturday nights! starts around 7:00 (or there abouts!...LOL if anyone knows Noe...they know his habit of being LATE!!!)
