sick after eating out

I learnt today about dirty menus. Some of you might already know, but when testing menus, they discovered that they are among the most contanimated items that you can find in a restaurant (with feces and all !! ). And it makes sense,.... after holding the menu, you grab a roll or nacho or totopos.... and there you go.
Sometimes you think that you got sick because of something you ate, but it might be because of the menu or something else. How many people held that same menu before you (waiters and other customers, ....) and how often do they clean the menu ?
Especially in these temperatures, one has to be careful and wash your hands after holding the menu.
May is the worst month for stomach problems.

I guess I'll start carrying a purse sized hand sanitizer.

My brother worked in the Eaton Centre in Toronto for a while, at an eyewear shop. Having been raised mostly in Ottawa, he found Tronna pretty intense. He decided to quit and come back home the day a lady came in to buy glasses, with green garbage bags tied with ropes around her feet, legs, torso, arms, and on her head... "to keep the germs away... ." Bro fairly flew outta there.
