My maid is pregnant . Does she get any compensation while she is not able to work before and after she has the baby? I don't want to lose her but just need to know the policy, if any. thanks, Jeanne.

Thanks Ginger. I read the policy but have another question. She only works for me for 3 hours one day a week, works for my neighbor for 6 hours one day a week and I think she has one other job. Do we all pay her accordingly? I have no problem with it but I am rather surprised at the generousity.

I have no idea. Maybe Intercasa will see this & be able to answer.
