Based on the continued attempts to post on this topic, I think that not everyone has noticed moderator Duran's message at the top of the board giving the reasons for locking the topic.
Perhaps it would be reasonable for the moderators to allow this posting to stay in place for a while to call attention to the moderator's notice? Without further comment, of course. So it gets across to everybody? I didn't notice it at first either.

One place I have found that still allows posting of information about local crime concerns is Inside Lakeside Forum. You do need to become a member, login and go to the Octagon section under "Local Rumors and Criminal Activity"

there is posting on a new yahoo group named simply LAKECHAPALA. It is now private and moderated.

Changed to private at the request of the members. It is moderated as is any web board. One can post on there and take an alias so name not known to others. Seventy members in 24 hours.
