Since no crimes are to be reported here and the crime area has been shut down, where do we go for information? Are there sites or blogs other than Facebook in english.

Go to Twitter

Type in

Ajijic or Chapala in the search box.

If you have an account, start following people who are giving out info.

There is "new" news about something here today.

You DO NOT need to have an account to read the search results.

People with accounts are retweeting information

Well, that's a shame that crime will no longer be mentioned here. In the past I have gotten lots of good info by reading the various accounts of an event and eventually figuring out what really happened. That could be the main reason that I visit this forum. Too bad, one less source of information during a very trying time. I'd love to know which know it all came to this decision.
regards

Thanks for the info Malaya. My husband pointed out that this is a real estate based site which explains why bad news is not published.
