The Cocker Spaniel has been returned to her home. Yesterday Dr. Pepe brought the owner to my house to pick her up and take her home. The owner was in tears. Hope everyone is happy, especially the dog. She is a sweetie.......

Johanson: the word is "recompensa", but in my particular case, I can do nothing about, mi 2 beasts, hates to have something around their necks, even, the "girl" cut her own fang when she took the other dog chain out of his neck.....
any idea about how identify a dog that do not want to use a chain in his neck?

I've never run across that before Doberwoman. Heck when I take the collar off one of my rescue dogs, she hates it. The other two don't really care. I use a leather collar not a chain

I am no dog training expert. But what would happen if each day for a short period of time, while under your visual supervision, each dog had to wear one. Wouldn't they slowly get used to it? (I hope)

Maybe not use a chain? A loose, lightweight, soft woven collar is safer and more comfortable for the dog. Some dogs are bothered by the weight of chain, others the sound of the chain rattling, and quite a few regard a chain collar (also known as a choke collar) as something that can hurt them or cut off their air supply.
