We are thinking of downsizing our home but one consideration will be how much (if any) capital gains tax will be due on the sale of this house.
Appreciate input or advice from anybody who is familiar with this.

You can sell one house in 5 years without capital gains tax. You must be able to show at least 6 months of either electric or phone bills in your name for that amount of time and an FM2
