I am tempted to buy a Mexican Lottery ticket...can one please explain how the system works..it seems that you can buy a complete or part ticket ...

Yes, you can buy a whole ticket or you can buy part of a ticket. Tickets are sold for specific dates.

How it works? You pays your money and you takes your chances.

I sometimes buy them at Walmart's. The young lady who is there when I am is charming helpful, but I have no idea if she speaks ingles.

There are two different women who work at the lottery kiosk in Walmart. The short one with the sweet smile is Ana. She speaks very little English.

Ir is easier to love Mexico than to understand it.

Simple. You can buy the whole "serie" or "cachito" (1,2, 3...). The serie has 24 cachitos (I belive they are 24). If you win, you get full prize, meanning you´re rich. In case you buy a "cachito" of a winning serie, you get 1/24 of the price...
