Has anyone heard anything about this annual event at The Train Station in Chapala?
It is a national annual event and has been held there the last couple of years. Truly amazing talent, free and a nice outdoor outing.
Usually held in March or April.
Would appreciate any info if you have it....

An Annual Harp Festival?
This philistine in Zihuatanejo automatically thought:
"Wow, a blues harp festival coming up in Chapala, so soon after Zihua's recent GuitarFest."
But you mean "harp" as in a large, heavy, non-portable stringed instrument, right?
I guess this epitomizes the cultural differences between Zihua and Lakeside.

....and as it turns out, I serendipitously (does that happen as often in Zihua as it does Lakeside???) ran into the conductor of the Chapala City Orchestra (and a very accomplished Mexican harpist himself) and asked him if there would be one this year and lo and behold there will be in mid-May at The Old Train Station (Cultural Center in Chapala).

Will you announce the exact date of when this event is going to take place?
