Twice this morning I spotted what appeared to be a beautiful purebred English Setter (red orange) running loose in the area above Barco/Donna's Donuts on Emiliano Zapata. He/she was thin but, at one time looked as though he had been well cared for. I tried to get closer with a few treats but he was skittish.
