I only knew him from 'cyberspace' but will miss his postings, nonetheless.

I'm sorry to hear about Scott's death. I always enjoyed his postings; he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. May he rest in peace.

I'm in shock. I knew him and can not believe he is no longer with us. As I and my friends get older, sadly more and more of us pass on. I guess it's to be expected. But I can't get used to it, especially when it was/is one of the good (very good) guys.

I met Scott for the first time several years ago when I was writing my shopping column. He owned Oh Shirt at the time. He was pleased with the resulting article and we became friends. He was a gentle soul and the loss of his presence will be felt by many.
Ir is easier to love Mexico than to understand it.

Scott just turned 59. Too early to leave his loves ones. He surely will be miss.

I received an email this morning from Scott's oldest daughter. The family is very touched by the good memories of Scott that are being shared here.

We met him a couple of years ago when he came to our house to buy something from us, what a nice guy, we are also shocked, RIP Scott.
Santa Claus has the right idea. Visit people only once a year. Victor Borge.
