Does anyone know of a shoemaker here in Lakeside or Guadalajara? I need shoes that can be fitted as I can't buy them off the rack as I can with sandals. If they speak a little English that's great but not completely necessary. Thanks!

My Drill instructor at Parris Island told us that ANY leather can be custom fitted by wearing damp socks (wet and wring out) and wearing them around the barracks 'til dry ....worked for me my whole life .....Siemper Fi

Thank you! I have Lymphedema and have always had to have shoes fitted. Finding a place down here is difficult, thank you for replying!

If you have access to someone in the states that can bring a package here for you, or have a commercial mail box here you can order shoes which are especially designed for lympedema from a mail order site which are specifically designed for those with specific needs.I f you pm me I will give you the information. They are wonderful.

Also would be interested in who you are seeing here to monitor your lymphedema.
