"Nevermind" or "Forget that"

Let's say I ask my worker to do something and then realize I don't need/want it done. How do I say "never mind what I just said?"

Thanks.

"No importa lo que acabo de decirte" is one way, and means, "Never mind what I just told you." "No importa" means "It doesn't matter" or "never mind." "Lo que" means "what" or (more literally) "that which." "Acabo de" is a great, useful construction for expressing "I just..." And "decirte" = "told you."

Hope that helps.

I found this on a site and thought it was helpful:

nevermind, as in don't worry about it - No te preocupes

nevermind, as in forget about it - olvídalo

nevermind, as in not important - No importa
