I use Mercado Libre alot and make bank deposits or transfers for payment and so far have never had a problem. I usually try to buy from Guadalajara sellers so I can pick the item up personally as I´m there quite frequently.

True, what I meant was that it more like Craigs List in that you don't bid on items.

I finaly bought on Mercado Libre the Vibration machine. It was delivered
today by the owner, without charge. Thank you for all your comments and
hepl. I just have to use it now

I always used Estafeta, similar to UPS. Best to buy items listed with Mercado Pago. I have yet to find an English version
of the site, so obviously a bit of Espanol is required to navigate the site.

Hi,
Has anyone used the OXXO payment option on Mercado Libre?
They charge a few, but I don't have a Mexican bank card, and to use a credit card they want to do 10-12 monthly installments.

If anyone has experience using OXXO let me know.

Don't see why you couldn't. It's not like e-bay where you're bidding on an item. They can only refuse your offer.

I recently bought an item on anumex.com. It's essentially a classified ad site. I made my purchase for considerably less than they were posting as the price. I took a bilingual person with me to make the actual purchase.

I'm using google chrome. When using mercado libre , i right click....then
left click "translate to english". works for me.
