Besides the 2 bedrooms there is a living room/diningroom, kitchen, 2 full baths plus a 1/2 bath, a den/office and a laundry room. There is also a large garage. The $1100 rent includes the service of a gardener and a poolman as well as well as water and taxes. The house is in move in condition. P.M. me if interested.
