Does anyone have either an itouch or ipod and use stanza and has figured out how to download the books? I've spent at least 10 hours on it, all the forums, help pages, etc. and cannot figure out how to do it. If someone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You need to create an account at stanza.fictionwise.com. I signed up, and downloaded the latest version (2.1) from the iTunes app store. There are a bunch of ways to get books, in the interface with the new version.I ordered a free book and got these instructions:

Open your Stanza application on the iPhone. Go to the Fictionwise Book Store in the Online Catalog. At the bottom of the Fictionwise Book Store screen, you'll see "My Bookshelf". Tap there to see all of the books you've bought from Stanza by Fictionwise. You may be asked to login using your Stanza by Fictioniwse login and password. The first time you you do this, you'll be asked to enter your Stanza by Fictionwise username and password that you created earlier. Then tap "My Bookshelf" to see the books you've purchased from Fictionwise.

1. On your computer, go stanza.fictionwise.com. If you don't already have an account on this website, create one.
2. Once you've logged into your account, go to Bookshelf, and then click on the Personal Content for iPhone and iPod Touch button.

Thanks slumdog. Unfortunately, that doesn't work for me. I've tried exactly that. My login at fictionwise is my email address which I've tried twice to make sure. I've uploaded a book and can see it there, but when I activate get book on my itouch, it doesn't see it. I'm sure I'm missing something, but I've tried so many times. An earlier account I had with my Palm with my earlier login info shows books I ordered back then, but I can't access the new one I've uploaded to my personal account bookshelf. It's just so frustrating. I've also tried emailing it as an attachment to myself and using the wireless to simply access a book I put into my stanza desktop. Nothing is working anymore although when I first got the itouch it did work. If you have any other ideas, please let me know.
