Has anyone had any experience in importing either Herbal medicines or Natural Medicines from the US?
If so, did the company tell you to get a Customs Form at the Airport?

I don't know what you mean about importing herbal products or remedies from the states I have ordered several from two companies nativeremedies.com and e-natureguide.com and have never paid excess duty on the products usually on a 100.00 dollar order I may pay 80.00 pesos, just depends on how it is shipped, I can usually get either of those companies to ship regular mail and it comes to my P.O box here in Ajijic with no charge although it does take about 10 to 15 days to get it.

Have ordered things from Puritan Pride and had them delivered here no problem. However there are MANY stores here offering herbal meds. Check around before going through the hassle of shipping!

Chapala and Ajijic have many homeopathic shops that are well stocked. I would suggest contacting Lupe at 33-959-8021. He is a trained homeopath with a well stocked store. He also does massage. Best to call after 4PM.

Herbal and homeopathy are not synonomous. Some homeopathic remedies are made from herbs, many are not. The preparation of herbal and homeopathic remedies are completely different. A herbalist is not necessarily a homeopath, and vice-versa. There are several medical doctors, MDs who are homeopaths here and some homeopaths are "doctors of homeopathy" but are not MDs.
There is a store on the carretera in Ajijic, on the south side near the Dental Clinic, which is owned by Dr. Gabriel Garcia. He is a Medical Doctor who is also a homeopath and he does also carry some herbal products in his store. The store next to the Bancomer in Ajijic has many herbal remedies and Roberto, the owner, is a trained homeopath but he is not a medical doctor. His parents own the big Abejita store behind the Chapala market and they have a very large supply of herbal and homeopathic products.

I have imported Can-C drops for cataracts from AntiAging-systems.com after not finding it here. There was no import charge and they shipped directly to my APO box.
