This is a real deal butcher shop, clean, fresh and make any cuts in Pork or Beef. The fresh chicken is another shop next door. Anyways, they sell in house made chorizo sausage so they must have casings. Nice people - I am sure they would sell. If you ordered enough meat, they might run a load through their grinder.
