the walkers
as most of you know, the Ajijic plaza is being dug up for underground utilities replacement and repaving. unfortunately none of the people around the plaza were notified or consulted about the project or its timing. we are all trying to make the best of it as we having been waiting months to welcome back our snowbird friends. at "Jasmine's" we have repaired our garden canopy that was damaged during summer storms and now have a pretty and calm dining area away from all the street activity as well as serving at our front tables. we have been harvesting some large calabasas--pumpkins--from our restaurant garden and have been serving up some tasty curries made from them. come by and say "hola" and enjoy our samosas, chutneys, veggie and meat curries....
