paulmihaljevic
I am curious as to if it is possible to buy a home on land contract, with a large down payment and balance paid over three years? Thanks for you info. I have been there a number of times and I am ready to make the move.
slainte39
A mortgage within an escritura is the only safe route here. Talk to the Notario Publico of your choice before signing a purchase agreement and depositing a down payment, for his opinion and to be informed of the latest legalities, as it is a constantly changing scenario.
