Jim Bowie Posted August 27, 2014 Report Share Posted August 27, 2014 In a recent panel discussion, EPN had said that Corruption was Inherent in the Mexican culture, and so his government really does little about it. He admits that the PRI had probably a large responsibility in this problem, but since business and others don't seem interested in doing anything, it's just how it is in Mexico. If he is correct, does that mean that Mexico's governments, police, etc. will always be affected by groups such as cartels, kidnappers, etc.?
