Hook ups (elect/water/sewer) not a requirement. Main interest short-tern, but long-term a possibility depending on details.Extra points for quiet, private area; security important. Local references. The extent to which the other two answers seems vague should lead to the understanding that I have fewer specific requirements and plenty of flexibility. 2) So timing.. sooner is better than later but I have no specific deadline; location ... 3) location... no "specific" local community requirement, though, I prefer the north shore to the south shore, but, price/value are the final determining points.
