Jim Bowie Posted April 24, 2014 Report Share Posted April 24, 2014 I have a sister-in-law who is a teacher in Leon, Gto. and she has ISSSTE. Her husband has IMSS where he works(construction). They have 2 children and both were delivered/cared for thru ISSSTE. She says ISSSTE is so much better than IMSS (day and night). She always uses ISSSTE for their health care. Anyone with direct experience here that can comment on the Pros and Cons of ISSSTE. TIA.
