geeser
Has anyone seen bratwurst for sale at Lakeside lately. Walmart no longer stocks the New Johnsonville Brats, only the breakfast links.
Mainecoons
Johannas has really good bratwurst. Maybe Rodrigo would sell you some or you could eat it there with some nice kraut and lovely potatoes. Yummy!
Denver
Maybe Rolf at his new place, Cheers, will sell you some to take home. Cheers is located at the old Tabarka location.

ichbinsaege
I find that the Mexican brand that Walmart has is actually pretty good. They have a cheese and jalapeno one that I like. They are also less expensive than the Johnsonville brats are.

The bratwurst that is being discussed by HF is called fresh brats meaning it is uncooked. Walmart used to sell them next to the fresh Italian Sausage and breakfast links. They don't sell the brats anymore. maw

border crosser
I got to taste some of the best bratwurst I have ever tasted yesterday at Smitty's Grill. He also gave me a taste of kielbasa which was also fantastic. I know he also does breakfast sausage. Smitty stopped making his sausages for a while due to health reasons but is now making them again. He normally does not keep sausages in stock but prefers to custom make them for you. He is located on San Jorge in Riberas across the carretera from Mom's Deli. His phone number is 765-5875. He is open from noon to 6:00 daily.
