Petco in Guadalajara

Recommended Posts

There are probably several Petco stores in Guadalajara. I know of at least one on Lopez Mateos, maybe a mile or so north of the periferico on the west side, right next door to the Office Depot. No idea if they carry Milk Bones, but if I had a dog that was super picky about treats, we'd have to re-think our relationship.

Does the Petco in Guadalajara have the Milk Bones like you buy in the States?

TIA

Have you considered baking your own dog treats? I won't buy dog treats here. There are few choices and some are from China, which I don't trust at all. So I bake treats for my dogs. I make triple batches of about 8 different recipes (cheese, bacon, liver, peanut butter, etc.) at one time and then bag mixes of them in zip-loc bags and freeze. I buy most of my ingredients at Mama

Coneja. This way I now what my dogs are getting and feel it is much healthier and safer for them. I'd be happy to share recipes.

Hi Bdlington - I would LOVE to know how you make your treats. My poor dog Boomer has terrible skin itching allergies, and he can't eat any of the treats I buy here.
