I think it is not as easy as you might think to attract specialists from Guadalajara to Chapala. Dr. Briseno told me that where he lives in Guadalara he rides his bike to his office, a few minutes away. He tires from the up to two hour daily commute to Guadalajara. I told him how the local gringos were most appreciative of his care. Make sure that you take the time to you tell your specialist this too.

Dr. Lupita, in our opinion, is reaping what her receptionist has sown. Being late to open; not entering appointments in an accurate manner and lack of business like manners.....having said all that...the more pro's nearby will only enhance her business...we just won't be a part of it.

Dr. Lupita is suffering from her receptionist's lateness and incompetence? Come on, Fred.

My experience with Dr. Lupita's clinic was no so good and the details right now don't matter. But I found her young receptionist one of the most competent I've come across and appreciated her fluency in English. Maybe, Fred, we're talking about two different receptionists?

Nevertheless saying the receptionist hurt Dr. Lupita's business doesn't make a lot of sense. Who was in charge, the receptionist or Dr. Lupita?

I'm guessing Dr. Briseno saw good reason to leave Integrity and start his own place at this mall and is gathering good specialists to join him. I sense, from all the good things I've heard of Dr. Briseno, that his clinic is going to be a real plus for Lakeside.

I've seen on this web site that there are many people who think Dr. Lupita is a wonderful doc. So no loss to her dedicated patients, right?

Dra. Lupita's receptionist is one of the many reasons I will continue at Integrity. She is professional, and I have never had to wait. Ido think that Drs. Briseno and Valenzuela are great doctors, but I have been very impressed by the new cardiologist at Integrity. Dra. Lupita is my 87 year old Mom's doctor, and after 2 years I would not take her to anyone else.

Dr. Lupita is a GP. My husband and I used to go to her but it turned out not to be a good match. Our experience with the receptionist was not so good on several occasions. I will still use Dr. Ramos the Gynecologist, she has been excellent for me.

I have stopped recommending here because everyone has their own experiences, some good some bad.
